This Privacy Policy explains how TarkVaim OÜ (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our software and applications (the “Apps”) and this website. Where a product publishes its own privacy policy (for example, CGPulse), that policy applies to it. We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Depending on the App, we may process:

• Data you provide — for example, when you contact us by email (your email address and the content of your message).
• Diagnostics — anonymous crash reports and performance data, if you have opted in to share them with app developers in your device settings (provided by Apple).
• Purchase information — in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

The specific data types collected by each App are described in the App itself or on its store page (for example, the “App Privacy” section on the Apple App Store).

3. How we use information

• to provide, maintain and improve the Apps;
• to respond to support requests;
• to fix bugs and ensure stability;
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (providing the App), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Apps), your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Third-party services

Some of our Apps are distributed through app stores such as the Apple App Store. Apple's handling of your data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. If an App uses additional third-party services, they are listed in the App's privacy details.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed to resolve your request.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@smartspirit.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

8. Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
